**About us**

We are looking for an experienced** Sales** to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

**What you'll do**:

- Actively seek new clients in B2B (Developer property) & B2C (Agent Property/Homeowner) segments.
- Develop new business and/or identify areas for improvement to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales Ops, Sales Development, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

**What you should have**:

- A minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital company.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong leadership skills, self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for sales and client management.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and your own vehicle (preferably a motorcycle) for travel purposes
