BECIS is currently looking for a talented and professional AP and Project Accountant for BECIS Indonesia business unit and support the company’s growth in Asia.

**Objectives**: Being responsible to recommend tax strategies that comply with laws and promote our company’s financial well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare tax payments
- Estimate and track tax returns
- Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
- Organize and update the company’s tax database
- Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
- Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
- Share financial data with the accounting department
- Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits
- Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Forecast tax predictions to senior managers

**Project**:

- Accurate and timely reporting of Capital Expenditures
- Preparation of project and operating budgets and tracking variances, reporting the sources and uses and cash flow statements for the projects
- Handling project finance, cash flow and reporting the project's financial status
- Maintenance of project treasury related (performance bond) and its correlation with payment schedule
- Preparation and maintenance of insurance for each project
- Discuss and review project status and spending with project and procurement team on monthly basis
- Managing CAPEX import process and documentation

**Internal management reporting and analysis**:

- Submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly management and investor reporting
- Assists in the budget preparation by providing relevant information on cost and expense

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in accounting and finance
- Proven work experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst or Tax Preparer
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with accounting software packages
- Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Keen attention to detail

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor/master’s degree and professional qualification in Finance/Accounting
- Experience with accounting software, industrial cost controlling, and operations development experience is advantageous
- Native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia. Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
