**About Us**:
Saltlick Bali is a fine dining steakhouse restaurant located in the heart of Seminyak, offering a world-class dining experience. We are passionate about excellence in food, service, and ambiance.

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled **Chef De Partie (Bakery)** to join our dynamic culinary team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, produce, and present high-quality baked goods and desserts, including bread, pastries, and cakes, ensuring consistency and adherence to Saltlick’s standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development, introducing innovative bakery items that align with the restaurant's concept.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in the bakery section, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimized.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of bakery items.
- Stay updated on trends and techniques in bakery and pastry to continually enhance the quality and variety of offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role, with expertise in bakery and pastry.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and kitchen operations in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Creativity and passion for producing exceptional baked goods.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in culinary arts, pastry, or baking is a plus.
