As a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a Quality and Continuous Improvement Culture within ABB, by assuring and controlling Quality with systems, tools, and teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you oversee the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System of the local unit and all other aspects in line with ABB Group/Division/BU guidance.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the Voice of the Customer is represented within the local business. Challenge the management team with customer experience feedback and input to decisions
- Ensuring effective internal controls are in place to verify that processes continue to meet customer and stakeholder requirements. Validating that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating know risks
- Deploying and maintaining the local Quality Management System to provide the local business with policies, regulations and processes that sufficiently describe the value chain activities
- Performing process audits and ensuring the use of analytics of Quality data from all parts of the operation (e.g.: Heatmap dashboard) to identify risks, failures and non-conformances within the local business, its suppliers, and customers
- Leading internal and external operational audits (e.g.: ISO 9001:2015) for different business processes. Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting documents/information to arrive at audit result, and prepare documentation in accordance with Group Function - Audit procedures and standards
- Deploying and executing the Hub/GPG strategy to continuous improvement and strategy deployment via L6S. Facilitating best practice sharing within your locations. Working directly with key stakeholders in locations to achieve buy-in and execute strategy
- Driving cultural transformation within the scope of responsibility, with a hands-on (´Gemba´) approach. Understanding and promoting behavioral change to continuously improve function performance through programs and initiatives

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Engineering course is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality & continuous improvement management. With a strong capacity for project management
- Experience in quality management system, continuous improvement projects and change management. Sound knowledge of ISO Certification highly desirable
- PMP, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, kaizen experience [Green Belt/Black belt] preferred
- Good knowledge of the Office Suite software. Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in both Indonesian and English languages
- Strong interpersonal skills, willing to manage different tasks under high pressure
- Have a “CAN DO” and continuous improvement mindset
- Must be available to travel on occasion
