DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Input all of the existing vendor's Master data including quotations, agreements and legal documents on the Vendor Management System
- Input and update pricing on the Vendor Management System including air freight, sea freight and land vendors
- Align with related internal stakeholders for database-related information

**Requirements**:

- Holds Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any majors
- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in administrative roles
- Has a knowledge in handling Vendor Management System
- Good attention to detail
- Willing to be employed under a 6 months contract with a full-time employment opportunity upon review
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
