- Network Infrastructure's ambition is to be ‘the world’s most trusted systems partner for the world’s most critical networks’. _Our focus is on the building blocks and essential solutions of critical networks, driving digitalisation across all industries. Combining four strong divisions - IP Networks; Optical Networks; Fixed Networks and Alcatel Submarine Networks - Network Infrastructure intends to provide technology leadership in every one of our divisions._The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. **What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will:

- Evaluate and develop business opportunities in collaboration with Sales team / Account Manager.
- Provide leadership for bid related customer solutions, optimization, and validation.
- To develop competitive customer proposals which meet customer requirements and deliver business value to Nokia.
- Work closely with cross function team in relevant to support business (including but not limited to other BDM/presales team, Sales team, Product Line Management, Customer engineering & solution team, Project management and Business support team).
- Understand the local competitive environment.
- Contribute at customer negotiations and in offer defense meetings in a supportive role to Sales.
- Define & direct short-medium-long term strategy to fulfill sales pipeline for each respective accounts.
- Develop a solution strategy satisfying Nokia’s commercial goals for winning the deal.
- Drive increase in Nokia win rate by continually striving to improve commercial aspects of the proposals.
- Build customer solutions based on IP Business Group products and services and has a deep understanding of the competitive positioning of Fixed Networks and Optical Business Group products and solutions.
- Monitor & give guidance and negotiate T&C’s in line with the BL guidelines.
- Delivery process (e.g. Incoterm, Type Approval process, Lead Time, Demand Forecast) to avoid un-necessary LD (Liquidated Damage)

**Your skills and experience**
- Telecommunications, electronics, computer engineering Degree.
- Solution Selling.
- Business Acumen.
- Able to create business derivatives/benefits out of proposed solution/technology.
- Eager to understand the issues which our customers are facing.
- Diligently monitors market & competition news/evolution.
- Able to focus on the business opportunity for Nokia whilst matching this with customer needs.
- Combines market and competitor awareness to propose relevant commercial proposals to the customer.
- Creative Innovation.
- Applies an entrepreneurial flair when creating “commercial” solutions or finding alternative ways of doing things.
- Takes extra-ordinary actions to implement new ideas.
- Anticipates the risks of an opportunity and identify contingencies and alternatives.
- Implements innovative ways to improve returns of investment (RoI) and increase revenue in an offer.
- Proven ability to operate in a networked environment. You like communication and you have interpersonal skills, including presentation skill are required.
- Able to motivate, persuade and influence others.
- Adopts a consultative and collaborative approach with customers which includes listening, problem solving and results orientation.
- Fluent in English with written and verbal communication skills.
- Regular travel to customers’ premise if required, including travel abroad for internal event.
- Good level of knowledge of:

- Microsoft offices (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc)
- Bill of Quantity (BoQ)
- Business Case
- Solution description, Scope of Work (SoW)
- Statement of Compliance (SoC)
- L2D process (internal business approval process) as:

- Solution Manager Role
- Pricing Manager Role
