**Role Overview**

Working as an Analyst in AGA provides a rewarding opportunity to work in the dynamic space between Asia’s governments, businesses, and civil society organizations. Our Analysts play critical roles in a growing firm providing solutions to some of the world’s largest and most respected companies and organizations.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Drafting memos, briefings, presentations, and reports for clients.
- Developing policy and regulatory updates produced for internal use and distribution to selected clients
- Conducting media monitoring and analysis.
- Conducting research on specific regulations, legislation, and policies.
- Attending meetings and preparing meeting notes for internal and external distribution.
- Working on special projects as needed and as assigned.
- Assisting in the website and social media content management.
- Carrying out English language desk research on a variety of economic and political issues
- Supporting additional operational and administrative activities as required.

**Desired skills and experience**:

- Strong research and writing skills.
- Highly articulate English and Indonesian language skills, both written and oral.
- Engaging interpersonal negotiation and communication skills, including experience in cross-cultural environments and international settings.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- The ability to work in a team and under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to constantly changing priorities.
