- Ensure that the signing of the Credit Agreement, PPJB & AJB occurs properly and correctly, according to the desired target
- Draft and review agreements/contracts/all related legal documents and ensure all documents are in accordance with applicable law and regulations
- Establish relationships and be able to coordinate with relevant government agencies and banks

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in speaking & writing English
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Understand Property real estate permit, Bank Loan regulation, Corporate law and employee/labor regulations.
- Communicative, diligent, fast learner, intelligent, able to work under pressure, and attention to detail
- Experience in Bank Loan (KPR) process and have network in the area

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
