Process payments and collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and improve customer service efficiency
- Ensuring accuracy in invoices and compliance with company policies
- Handle complex billing inquiries and provide escalated support to associates
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance billing accuracy and customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
- Already living in Bali (preferable)
- Willing to work for 6 months contract
- Min. bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Min. 2 years’ experience as customer support
- Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Thorough, friendly, and able to coordinate well with various parties
