Job Description
Provide training on product knowledge, awareness and capabilities for retail team and dealer
Training evaluation
Market research
Responsible for training and enabling team member and customer retailer staff to enhance their sell-out capability
Create daily and weekly work plan
Training material development
Monitoring promoter in-store performance and coordinate with region to improve region sell-out
Reporting
Requirement
Have minimum 3 years’ experience as a trainer in gadget industry (smartphone/PC/tablet)
Have high mobility (willing to travel)
Domicile in Jakarta
Able to make own presentation material
Fluent in public speaking
Have high sense of sales will be advantage
