Within Consulting, our Business Transformation team works with senior executives on their most pressing challenges to deliver tangible results. We are looking for accomplished, creative individuals who bring rigor, passion and practicality to our growing team to transform client and bring sustainable value.

You will drive and contribute technically to Consulting client engagements and internal projects, including business development. An essential part of your role will be to establish internal and external professional relationships actively. You will also assist in identifying potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. You will also have access to world-class methods and knowledge and an innovative EY learning program (such as EY Tech MBA) with the opportunity to build a better working world.

We are looking for Managers to join our Business Transformation Consulting - Transformation Architecture practice in Indonesia

**Your key responsibilities**
- Designs and delivers enterprise transformation and innovation to create and sustain value for stakeholders through reimagining and mobilizing new business and operating models including new business launch to rapidly grow the top line and improve the bottom line
- Lead organizational planning, re-engineering and transformation design including Digital/ IT programs to drive sustainable change
- Lead and manage full lifecycle implementation projects using leading practices, methods, frameworks, standards and maturity models starting from planning, execution and controlling activities of large complex program
- Set up Project Management Office (PMO) or Transformation Management Office (TMO) design/operations and governance
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analysis including sensitivity, decision tree analysis to depict key interactions and utilizing simulation models to analyze the behavior/performance and the outcomes to project plan
- Manage risk management initiatives including risk planning, execution and response development
- Support client relationship and assist in business development

**To qualify for the role you must have**
- A bachelor's degree or a graduate degree with approximately 5-7 years of related work experience; having industry/ advisory experience; Industrial/consumer goods, or retail sector is a value add
- Experience in leading/managing across projects lifecycle as well as managing large projects. Experience as a PMO/TMO is a value add
- Experience in leading the ideation, prioritization, development, launch, and analysis of products and/or features
- Experience in designing/implementing digital transformation is a strong value add
- Analytical and conceptual thinker with innovative capacity
- Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, and provide structure to complex problems
- Collaboration, teaming, excellent presentation and communication (written, oral) skills
- Integrity, maturity and dependability
