The **Store Manager** drives operational excellence within multiple stores, ensuring consistent execution of strategies and optimization of the operational dimensions (planning & effective communications, business performance & analysis, inventory management, workforce management, training & development, coffee & culture).
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Business Performance & Analysis**:

- Drives sales growth and profitability within the assigned area.
- Conducts regular performance analysis to identify and address gaps for improvement.

**Inventory Management**:

- Implements inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
- Monitors goods movement and makes necessary adjustments.

**Workforce Management**:

- Implements effective staffing plans to meet operational needs.
- Recruits, hires, and develops high-performing store management teams.

**Training & Development**:

- Identify needs and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensures knowledge transfer and skill development within the area.
- Ensure ongoing coaching and mentorship to foster employee growth and development in the area.

**Customer Experience**:

- Drives exceptional customer experience across all outlets within the area.
- Ensures consistent delivery of high-quality products, services, and store environments.
- Implements strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Monitors customer feedback and initiates corrective actions to address issues promptly.

**Coffee & Culture**:

- Reinforces Tanamera's coffee culture, mission and core values, and brand identity.
- Creates a positive and engaging work environment in all stores.

**Planning & Effective Communication**:

- Develops and implements area-specific operational plans.
- Communicates effectively with store managers and support teams.
- Coordinates with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_

**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-unit retail or restaurant management.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving sales targets.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and financial reporting.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Passion for coffee and the Tanamera brand.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within the assigned area.
