Kualifikasi:

- Pendidikan Minimal S1 ( Architecture ) / Arsitek
- Pengalaman Minimal 3 tahun dibidang yang sama diutamakan
- Mahir baca layout/gambar kerja
- Jujur, Intergritas, teliti, analitis dan ulet
- Melakukan survey dan mengukur di lapangan
- Dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

- Mengawasi pembangunan proyek di lapangan yang dilakukan pekerja atau sub-kontrak
- Mengkoordinasikan gambar kerja dengan perubahan desainer
- Mengkoordinasikan rencana dan jadwal bahan serta tenaga kerja yang diperlukan untuk pekerjaan dilapangan
- Memastikan pekerjaan project berjalan sesuai schedule
- Membuat laporan progress pekerjaan lapangan
- Cek list kebutuhan accesories
- Berkoordinasi dengan mandor
- Mempersiapkan dokumen tender dalam bentuk gambar kerja dengan baik
