**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Understand the invoice process flow through VIM
- Familiar with SAP VIM Configuration
- Familiar with threeway matching concept
- Familiar with SAP MM and SAP FICO
- Familiar with Invoice Capture Center
- Handle Application Operation activity - Application Monitoring, Application Performance management, Application Availability, Patch Management, Improvements
- Can provide data asked by auditor, regarding to access, roles, authorization
- Able to create, analyze and modify cron job in UNIX Family
- Patching data, Configurations, deployments
- Able to communicate with other team (Network Team, Security Team, etc)
- Provide an estimated timeframe for providing a solution for resolution of escalated calls
- Escalate the unresolved calls as per escalation matrix
- Prepare a root cause analysis document with resolutions provided for major issues including

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Great knowledge of SAP BASIS, Familiar with UNIX / Linux command-line
