Medical IT Analyst Intern

Murahati Clinic under Avalon Health Company Australia is hiring **Medical IT Analyst Intern.**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- GPA min 3.5 / 4
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and medical practices, digital health transformation
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fast respon, and responsible
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, multi-culutral environment and stakeholders
- Experience with project management and change management
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements and healthcare IT systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and coding practices is a plus.
- Able or wanting to learn to work with new software platform used by the company
- Fluent in English in written and spoken is preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Being an IT process developer to support creating a business model for clinic.
- Assisting in collecting, analyzing and interpreting healthcare data to support decision-making processes for clinic.
- Assisting a medical doctor in creating tools needed to build a digital health platform.
- Assisting in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve healthcare processes and outcomes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT, operations, and clinical teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Assisting in the implementation of healthcare IT systems.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects.
