Essential Duties:

- Overall responsible for the Site/Civil & Foundation operations for concrete company.
- Create and manage the production schedule for all foundation and civil/site work.
- Attend weekly scheduling meeting with Operations and monthly project review meeting with Operations and Finance.
- Lead and manage all concrete operations, including production, quality control, logistics, and project management.
- Experience on same field 2 years.
- speak Indonesian and English
