**Job Deskripsi**

**Tugas**:

- Melakukan penjualan Personal Loan kepada nasabah dan calon nasabah serta melakukan penjualan CIMB Niaga cross selling lainnya sesuai target market yang telah ditentukan.
- Menjelaskan kepada calon Nasabah mengenai syarat-syarat, fitur dan karakteristik produk CIMB Niaga termasuk resiko, manfaat, persyaratan dan tata cara penggunaan produk.
- Mencapai target yang diberikan oleh CIMB Niaga sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
- Memeriksa kelengkapan dan keabsahan dokumen.
- Melakukan proses KYC secara memadai terhadap calon nasabah.
- Memastikan tidak melakukan pelanggaran (fraud) dan mencegah upaya terjadinya pelangggaran (fraud) dalam bentuk apapun.
- Mematuhi Ketentuan serta peraturan perusahaan yang ditetapkan.
- Wawasan yang luas, Percaya diri dan mudah beradaptasi.

- Berpenampilan rapi dan menarik.
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik.
- Memiliki kemauan untuk bekerja keras dan optimis.
- Orientasi target dan sales.
- Memiliki wawasan yang luas.
- Percaya diri dan mudah beradaptasi.
