**Job Summary**

If you are Tax & Accounting professional, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you The Tax & Accounting Staff will handle taxation and accounting for Indonesia office.

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Check detail of employees’ claims (verify the existence, completeness and accuracy of supporting documents and superior approval) and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain filing of daily and monthly bank statement.
- Create Tax Invoice in E-Faktur
- Prepare monthly Debit Notes & Tax Invoice to Business Units and financial reports for Business Units.
- Conduct day to day and monthly bookkeeping.
- Confirm intercompany balance on monthly basis and follow up on any discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly Tax Reconciliation (Wht 23, 26, 4(2), VAT).
- Prepare monthly Tax Payment (Wht 23, 26, 4(2), VAT).
- Prepare monthly Tax Reporting to Tax Office/SPT (Wht 23, 26, 4(2), VAT).

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Direct report to Finance Manager. Internal working relationships other Tax & Accounting team in Asia Pacific countries.
- External working relationships with Asia Pacific Tax & Accounting team.

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Degree or Diploma or equivalent in Tax & Accounting field.
- Tax and Accounting knowledge, Knowledge in preparing Monthly tax report.
- Relevant Tax & Accounting experience.
