**About the role**

DYM Medical Clinic Indonesia is seeking a skilled and dedicated Phlebotomist (Lab Analist) to join our team in Menara Astra, Central Jakarta. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples, ensuring accurate and reliable results for our patients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

**What you'll be doing**
- Properly collect blood samples from patients using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Prepare blood samples for analysis, including centrifugation, aliquoting, and labelling
- Ensure proper handling and storage of blood samples to maintain sample integrity
- Accurately document all sample collection and processing activities
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any concerns or questions
- Assist with other laboratory duties as needed to support the team

**What we're looking for**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science
- Female is preferable
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Phlebotomist or Lab Analist in a healthcare setting (Freshgraduate with experience as Phlebotomist is allowed to apply)
- Proficient in using phlebotomy equipment and techniques, with a strong understanding of infection control protocols
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well with patients and healthcare providers
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accurate and reliable results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Able to do communication in English (Writen and Oral)
- Can Join Immediately
