**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and implement Agile methodologies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure user stories are clear, prioritized, and easy for the team to understand.
- Help the team break down big tasks into manageable pieces and keep the project on track.
- Identify and address any blockers or challenges the team faces to maintain progress.
- Make sure the team’s work aligns with the project goals and deadlines.
- Support and guide the team to be self-organized, collaborative, and accountable.
- Encourage continuous improvement by gathering feedback and helping the team adjust processes as needed.
- Use tools like Jira to track progress and share updates with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and teams to manage dependencies and improve cross-team workflows.
- Provide coaching and tips on Agile best practices to help the team perform at its best.

**SKILLS**
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, and how to use them in real-life projects.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or other project management platforms.
- Great at facilitating discussions, solving problems, and keeping things on track when challenges arise.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of how software development works, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- A knack for identifying risks and finding creative solutions.
- Certification in Scrum (like CSM or PSM) is a bonus but not a deal-breaker.
- A genuine passion for helping teams grow, stay motivated, and deliver great results.

**Experience**:

- Scrum Master: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Professional Scrum Master certification (required)
