**Responsibilities**
- Provide Support Services based on Incident Reports / Request Ticketing.
- Provide optimal solutions and services on, especially related to reports / dashboards.

**Required**
- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology
- Detail oriented person
- At least 2 years of successful experiences in the related field
- Experienced in some of the following language, PHP Laravel, Python & Javascript
- Knowledgeable and adept in SQL Query and PostgreSQL
- Operating System: Unix/Linux, Windows
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot of software issues
