- Able to communicate in oral and written form for these languages: Indonesian and English.
- Meticulous.
- Possess at least 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Able to troubleshoot and determine root cause.
- Able to determine needs to deliver solution.
- Able to work with Linux servers.
- Able to work with computer operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Able to work with computer components such as networking devices, firewalls and antivirus, servers (e.g. mail, web), as well as their related services.

- Collaborating with team members and clients pertaining to IT infrastructure issues and needs.
- Troubleshooting and fixing of IT infrastructure-related problems in servers, computers, printers, and networking devices (routers and switches).
- Planning, setting up, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure systems and their components (security servers, web servers, mail servers and computers).
- Monitor services to ensure availability, stability, and security.
