**Company Description**
- Create Workon (new customer, revised information, PSA)
- Create and maintain Sales order (In Advance, Credit and Project),
- Administration (registration vendor from customer, Provide (COO, COM, Warranty, Letter & Proforma Invoice, Order Confirmation)
- Collaboration with sales team, logistic team regarding delivery time

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Degree in Administration/Industrial or equivalent.
- Prefferably with 1 years experience working experience in Sales Administration Support.
- Fresh graduates with rellevant internship experience is encouraged to apply.
- Proficient skill of verbal and written communication in English.
- Helpful person
- Able to work as a team
- Thorough and neat
- Proficient knowledge of standard software (especially MS Outlook, MS Excel (Vlookup, if and formula) & MS Word).
- Basic ACCPAC knowledge or SAP knowledge.
