Carry out routine activities to support operational activities and to monitor Cross-Functional projects at Sinarmas Land that are currently running, as follows:

- Project Schedule Monitoring.
- Management Report.
- Project Cost Report.
- S/BU KPI Tracking for Project Milestones & Pipelines.
- FS Realization Tracking and Monitoring.
- Creation of Project Master Data in SAP.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Property Development / Real Estate Management.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience as Program Management Office Specialist.
- Expertise in Project Management.
- Familiar with project administration and reporting.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative, fast learner, and highly motivated person.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
