**Uraian Jabatan**:

- Melakukan perencanaan penyusunan serta evaluasi SOP; proses ISO; pengembangan alat media IT (ERP, HRIS dan lain sebagainya) dan analisa risiko.
- Berkoordinasi dengan pihak/divisi terkait proses bisnis perusahaan dan ISO; dan pengembangan
- Membuat, mengevaluasi, serta merevisi SOP dan Instruksi Kerja (IK) dengan mengacu pada ketentuan yang berlaku.
- Melakukan pengecekan pembuatan formulir sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari masing-masing Departemen atau Management.
- Melakukan persiapan dokumen dan tinjauan management untuk keperluan ISO.
- Melakukan pengecekan user akses sesuai dengan yang seharusnya.
- Melakukan pengecekan tindak lanjut setiap temuan audit dan bertanggung jawab untuk proses penyelesaian setiap temuan audit dalam hal SOP & Akses yang terjadi.
- Melakukan pengembangan struktur organisasi & Job Description.
- Melakukan monitoring dan Memastikan semua proses bisnis yang berjalan sudah sesuai dengan SOP dan Instruksi Kerja (IK) yang berlaku.
- Melakukan pengawasan terkait dengan kinerja System & Organization Development Staff.

**Kualifikasi**:

- Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
- Pendidikan mínimal S1 dari berbagai jurusan.
- Memiliki pengalaman supervisor mínimal 4 tahun dalam pembuatan / pengembangan sistem operasional perusahaan dan struktur organisasi (perusahaan di bidang Manufacturing lebih disukai).
- Memiliki pemahaman tentang pembuatan SOP & Instruksi kerja.
- Terampil dalam hal komunikasi.
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas keluar kota.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months
