Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and required service levels for Information Technology (IT) solutions and services in the context of the organization operating as the programme implementing Field Office (FO) and the fundraising Support Office (SO). It includes Organization Strategy Alignment (as FO and SO), multiple Business Unit Partnerships, IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity Management, IT Service Management, IT Business Continuity, and IT Disaster Management.

Provide supports and maintains global IT processes and standards within national level as well as IT business practices for the local partnership in the program implementation.

Continuously explore the emerging technologies and strategy toward alignment in support of measuring impact and value for money and decision-making.
- Strategy Development & Planning- Lead technology planning and ensure alignment with evolving organizational strategies and goals.-
- Oversee short
- and long-term planning to enhance business processes.-
- Implement national IT strategies and initiatives.-
- Maintain strong relationships between business stakeholders and the IT organization.-
- Provide IT business practice for the Local Partnership Operation Model implementation- Resource Acquisition & Management/ Engagement/Project Management- Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations to stakeholders.-
- Implement and review business case development processes, ensuring alignment with financials, risks, and business goals.-
- Provide recommendations for hardware and software expenditures based on project scope and cost.-
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and facilitate the development of improvement plans.-
- Develop and manage the IT budget to support organizational needs.- Capacity Building/ Technical works- Lead and communicate change effectively with staff and clients, highlighting its impact.-
- Advocate for the change and coach staff through the process, removing obstacles.-
- Provide consultation to business and IT teams to ensure understanding of IT roles and processes.-
- Developing IT staff skills enhances performance, reduces risks, and aligns IT with business growth and goals.- Accountability & Quality Assurance- Implement technologies to enhance business efficiency and client satisfaction.-
- Manage IT risk analysis, risk management, and security requirements, addressing deficiencies and mitigating risks.-
- Monitor and improve IT performance, providing updates and resolving issues.-
- Align IT solutions with business goals and strategies, incorporating technology trends, best practices, business relevance, and World Vision’s Global IT Strategy.-
- Develop and maintain security policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.-
- Oversee disaster recovery planning and testing, ensuring preparedness.-
- Provide consultations on security and data classification while leading quality reviews and process improvements.-
- Initiate the action and insights to simplify the business process and provide technical guidance to Zonal/ project team- Networking and Coordination- Build and maintain strategic relationships between business stakeholders and the IT organization.-
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that align with business goals.-
- Represent business priorities to IT and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.-
- Advocate for business requirements and resolve potential conflicts.-
- Monitor and communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders.-
- Oversee negotiation and management of SLAs and ensure reports are reviewed and communicated to relevant parties.- Management & Leadership- Develop and manage annual business plan and budget for IT Unit/Dept.-
- Submits periodical/ monthly accomplishment report-
