- Minimum Diploma in a relevant field and 3 years of working experience or equivalent in a similar position.
- Proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Able to adopt quickly. innovative, well-organized, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Fluency in English (both speaking & writing).
