**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets for rooms, F&B outlets, banquets, SPA, and other hotel services.
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, and MICE organizers.
- Market Penetration: Identify new markets and clients, focusing on increasing corporate, leisure, and group bookings.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, rates, and partnerships to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyze results, and report on key performance indicators regularly.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media, to promote the hotel’s offerings.
- Content Development: Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content for promotions, advertisements, and social media.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving revenue goals.
- Event Sales: Promote and sell hotel spaces for weddings, conferences, and other high-profile events.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver on performance goals.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to enhance team members’ skills in sales techniques, negotiation, and customer service.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments, including operations, F&B, and events, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Data Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Sales Reports: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, ROI of marketing campaigns, and forecasts for management review.

**Requirments**:

- Minimum have 3 years experiences as Sales & Marketing Manager in hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge about online & offline travel agents
- Able to create attractive promotional programs
- Strong ability in leadership & business development
- Good command of English both spoken and written and other languages is a +
- Able to manage promotions on our social medias
- Friendly & outgoing personality
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Able to join immediately
