Specifically for our Electronic Manufacturing Supplier (EMS) team we are looking for a **Senior Engineer - Electronic Manufacturing Supplier (EMS) Process**, based in Jakarta, who will oversee end to end supplier activity and processes within our manufacturing sites, This role holder will lead and guide on operation value streams, ensuring quality of process, material, delivery, supply and quality for our electronic devices, to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, productivity and improve sustainability.

**In this role you will**:

- Communicate and validate process changes and cycle time for PVT build onwards, including rework process with EMS.
- Coordinate document submission - deviation (material/process), waiver, TPCN/TPCR for SCR review.
- Develop, analyze and enhance manufacturing methods and fixture design to improve productivities, process yield and cost.
- Chair weekly process yield, output and quality meeting with EMS.
- Monitor EMS on new product ramp up readiness and escalate DFM issues found during PVT run.
- Follow up with action owners on issue closure.
- Drive and manage EMS change management process - Pre-ECN and Post ECN build
- Update and coordinate quality improvement plan on a weekly basis based on top Field/RMA failure rate/defects with EMS.
- Support validation run for second source requested by Procurement by reviewing results with EMS before publish.
- Review supplier outgoing inspection criteria and propose EMS incoming inspection requirement.
- Support and drive PPI activities with R&D and EMS for product quality improvement
- Obtain, update and monitor master equipment and tooling/fixture list for each platform.
- Coordinate calibration and maintenance checklist for NPI equipment/fixtures.
- Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
- Ensure all corrective action plans are accompanied by preventive actions to ensure no reoccurrence.

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of lean methodology, PFMEA and process statistical tool.
- 5-8 year experience in test, product or process engineering, supporting manufacturing of electronics consumer product.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience with EMS/ODM factory.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing test equipment validation, GR&R and cPK study.
- Experience in Test Engineering is an added advantage.
- Analytical skills and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment with multiple priorities and drive results.
- Ability to collaborate and work in team
