As the Head of Campaign & Program at Evermos, a pioneering social commerce company in Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in driving user engagement and executing strategic campaigns to enhance the social commerce experience for our users. Evermos is transforming the way people shop by combining e-commerce with social interactions, empowering individuals to build their online businesses. As a people manager, you will also have the responsibility of leading and developing a team of campaign and program professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of campaign and program professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development within the team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and sales on the Evermos platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and sales, to align campaign objectives and maximize results.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Manage and optimize marketing resources, budget allocation, and campaign performance to achieve ROI targets.
- Oversee the planning and execution of platform-level campaigns, ensuring their effectiveness and impact.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian language.
- At least 5 years of work experience in integrated marketing of e-commerce platforms or digital marketing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive effective strategies based on data analysis and user behavior insights.
- Proven success in planning and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
