1. Mengawasi team sales dalam melakukan akuisisi secara harian
2. Memastikan target team dapat tercapai
3. Melakukan screening terhadap merchant yang diakuisisi oleh tim sales
4. Melakukan submit dokumen pengajuan produk kepada pihak partner, hingga memastikan aplikasi pengajuan sudah diterima dengan baik
5. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan partner terutama kantor cabang
6. Membuat dan mengimplementasikan strategi yang akan digunakan anggota timnya untuk mencapai goal
7. Rajin, disiplin dan tanggung jawab
Kami membuka posisi Staff Merchant Acquisition pada area berikut:
Jakarta, Medan, Padang, Batam, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Lampung, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar, dan Batam dengan kuaklifikasi sebagai berikut:
1. Pendidikan S1/D3/SMA
2. Berpengalaman kerja sebagai sales dan memimpin sebuah tim
3. Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman penjualan SaaS seperti Point of Sales, Accounting System, Absensi maupun sejenis
4. Memiliki ketertarikan atau pengalaman dengan UMKM
5. Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan reporting yang baik
6. Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan terbiasa dengan target
7. Mampu berkomunikasi dan presentasi dengan baik
