- Ensure adherence to industry standards, environmental regulations, and sustainable farming practices, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them, safeguarding the company's assets and reputation.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of professionals, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and fostering employee development.

**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, such as Operations Director, within the plantation industry, preferably specializing in palm oil or related agricultural sectors.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful management spanning over 100,000 hectares of plantation land.
- Possess a robust knowledge of sustainable farming practices and a deep understanding of environmental regulations.
- Showcase excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results and inspire a high-performing team.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field. Possession of a master's degree or additional relevant certifications is considered a plus.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, encompassing spoken and written communication.
