- Memastikan ketersediaan cek/BG untuk proses pembayaran.
- Negosiasi term of payment dan harga vendor
- Memastikan kelengkapan data purchasing sebelum disiapkan dokumen payment ke vendor/supplier.
- Menerima data dan mengecek data dari vendor seperti (Delivery order. invoice dari vendor, dan lampiran pendukung lainnya)
- Update kedalam system dan filling dokumen AP scsuai transakai di rekening bank.
- Pendidikan mínimal S1 bidang Keuangan/ Akuntansi
- Pengalaman di bidang AP & Purchasing selama 2 tahun
- Memilitá kemampuan analisa dan negosiasi yang baik
- Mampu bekerja dengan deadline, dengan sistematis, dan detail
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Excel dan sistem aplikasi keuangan lainya
- Penempatan Yoryakarta
