Research Assistant

Conducting research and analysis activities on community development programs of the company with the principal researcher, starting from data collection, writing research reports, to preparing presentation of results.
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in social sciences such as sociology, communication, or a relevant field
- Good understanding of social research
- 1 year of experience in a similar position, fresh graduates are welcome
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Able to work well in a team or individually
- Able to multitask and have good time management skills
- Experience in managing various projects is preferred
- Placement in Surakarta, Central Java
- Willing to travel for research purposes
