We are seeking a Bookkeeper Admin to join our team:
**Job Type**:
- Full-time (Monday to Friday at 09.00 AM - 05.00 PM)
**Qualifications**:
- Education : SMU/SMA/SMK (Minimum) or S1 (preferred)
- Fresh Graduates are welcome, 2 Years of experience in general office admin duties is an advantage (especially in Training and School related fields).
- Excellent English language skills, writing, speaking, reading.
- IT skills including Google Apps and MS Office. Knowledge of how to use CRM or sales funnel software is an advantage.
- Keen to learn outside of the job scope when requested. This is a small company, so we are expecting from time to time to help other departments when needed.
- Highly motivated, organized and efficient, able to work under pressure, capable of working independently and able to think on their feet.
- Good analytical skills, accurate, quick and attentive when dealing with administrative work.
- Financial bookkeeping skills is an advantage.
**Responsibilities**:
The Office Administrator is responsible for:
- Assist with new student registrations.
- Updating student board
- Updating database.
- Keeping all filing systems in place with correct titles.
- Administration Needs shopping
- Organizing Monthly Inventory of Products and Equipment
- Writing up meeting minutes
- Deliver excellent customer service and engage with students to ensure they are having the best experience possible and have everything they need for their course and stay in Bali.
- Be clear and concise when dealing with problems and adhere to the academy and student policies.
