**Distribution Logistic scope of job description**:

- Ensure the process related with administrative of distribution logistic within TAT required
- Support to All Distribution related to logistic
- Have the initiatives to continuous improvement in logistic related

**Preferred skills**:

- ** Education**: min bachelor’s degree
- ** Experience**: min 2 years’ experience on Life Insurance Company, preferable on Agency Distribution Channel in similar role
- Have a good communication skill
- Proactive & creative person, eager to learn & take on challenge
- Able to work under minimum supervision, strong team worker & high service oriented

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any major that related
- Having experience in Insurance Company especially in Logistic
- Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Devices Purchasing, Distributing and Collecting due to user termination (manage distribution devices)
- Ensure printed goods purchasing and distributing
- Managing data related to logistic (printed or devices)
- Collaboration with the team to develop & implement new initiatives
