Handle employee agreements, warning letters, reference letters, company announcements etc. and supervise personnel administration (attendance, annual leave and permission)
- Assist in the screening and recruitment of entry level employees.
- Develop and carry out the implementation of HR policies.
- Monitor and improve manpower efficiency in the manufacturing plant
- Assist in employee performance appraisals
- Supervise the calculation of salaries, overtime, BPJS for employees below manager positions
- Handle industrial relations with the government, employee relations and outsourcing company
- Manage office and plant facilities, especially with regards to building and company asset maintenance, security and cleanliness
Pay: Rp9,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
