**Business Development Manager - Energy (based in Jakarta)**
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national company in energy. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in energy sector for the job of Business Development Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
**Key job responsibilities include**:

- Direct reporting to VP of Business Development
- As a business development for energy business
- Prepare a commercial and business plan
- Execute an operation for Indonesia energy business based on the market updated
- Networking with new potential partner and investor
- Other assignment based on business development needs
- Working with VP Business Development to chase and execute the business plan and the timeline
- Build, maintain and strengthen the relation with the existing local and overseas clients.
- Supporting the team in daily business operation

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in commercial discipline from reputable university
- Having experience minimum of 10 years in business development in the energy
- Having wide knowledge and network in energy business
- Having experience maintain and building relationship with local and overseas clients
- Proficient communication in English Business level (written and verbal)
- Has good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, self-driven, leadership skill and proven in terms of teamwork
- Strong in business acumen, analytical and project management, and the project execution
