Restaurant Marketing

We are hiring an Marketing to join our team for our F&B Devision

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Chef and Restaurant Operations team members to plan promotional marketing campaigns
- Create and implement marketing plan and strategy to support the creation of brand image & brand building in the market.
- Responsible for total brand management including brand growth, product selection, inventory management, budget management, planning of promotion activities and achieving of sales target.
- Responsible to win market competition, evaluating and creating innovation program to increase sales
- Ensure implementation of consistent brand identity (offline & online)
- Develop, implement and manage the company's social media
- Set social media targets and performance metrics
- Brainstorm and brief visual and copy ideas with other team members of the creative team
- Track performance of social media campaigns, content, and overall health of social handles

Job Requirements:

- Minimal 5 years of work experience in marketing is preferred (experience in restaurant is a plus point)
- Must have good taste of lifestyle (art, music, designs, food and cocktails)
- Can Lead a team and work with team
- Good Attitude, Multi Tasking, Target Oriented, Can work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Rp1,600,000 - Rp2,000,000 per month

- Malang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
