Are you ready to take your career to new heights with one of the world’s largest Conversational AI companies? We're on the lookout for a **Senior Account Executive** to join our client's dynamic team and **report directly to the CEO**

**Your Mission**:
Be at the forefront of driving business growth in the Indonesia market In this role, you’ll actively prospect clients, build strong relationships, close deals, and serve as the **Single Point of Contact (SPOC)** for partner development in the region. You’ll collaborate with various teams—Presales, Legal, Finance, Implementation, and Customer Success—to drive impactful results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own the sales quota for Indonesia.
- Generate leads from your network and business development activities.
- Manage the end-to-end deal cycle, from building a robust pipeline to closing deals.
- Support and leverage regional partnerships, including the **Meta Tech Partnership Program**.
- Guide and work closely with local Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Convert **Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)** into **Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)**.
- Utilize HubSpot for efficient deal tracking.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Based in Jakarta with high mobility.
- Strong network and understanding of the **Enterprise and Mid-Market** space.
- A growth mindset: from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10 stages.
- Bilingual: Native Bahasa Indonesia and fluent English.
- **5-6 years of enterprise or tech sales experience.**:

- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Entrepreneurial DNA, high aptitude, and a never-give-up attitude.
- **Available immediately** is a plus.
- Experience in a Meta BSP or chatbot company? That’s a big plus
