**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Define IbuSibuk’s CRM and engagement plan based on customer insights.
- Identify and develop programs to improve customer lifetime value and work with team to implement and optimize these programs.
- Collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including Marketing & Campaign, Business Development, Community, and Product team to define and influence the engagement strategy and ensure a state-of-the-art execution.
- Develop a customer-centric journey to help our customers understand why they should join and carry out campaigns with IbuSibuk.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of Marketing or Brand Communications.
- Experience in leading and developing teams, with a minimum of 2 years in Managerial level roles.
- Proven online marketing experience, preferably in customer engagement, loyalty marketing, or CRM.
- Customer-driven with the ambition in ensuring the best experience for our customers.
- Proven track record in managing and developing complex and impactful marketing engagement programs.
- Great team player with a passion to work collaboratively.
- Possess solution-focused growth approach with a 'can-do attitude'.
- Number-driven mindset with experience in reporting and impact measurement.
