The role

**Job Description**:
Responsible for all legal aspects of asset acquisition by the company, including legal due diligence, liaises with lawyer, and drafting/review of the sales purchase agreement and deed of sales and purchases.
Responsible for full aspects of legal compliances, negotiations, and relationship management with the customers for all the new, renewal and novation of contracts.
Responsible for negotiations, recommendations, record keeping, monitoring and change management of company’s contracts.
Create and manage contracts with customers and vendors for new and existing projects including acquisitions, building management & property developers and telco operators.
Ensure timely review and approval of new and renewal contracts and agreements.
Negotiate directly with customers and provide recommendations to finalize and enable closure of contracts.
Supervise and track the contracts execution process and be able to anticipate and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key accountabilities

Skills & experience

Job Requirement

At least 5 years of relevant experience in the telecommunication or related industry.
Ability to keep track of multiple tasks and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Strong organizational skills and a good understanding of the law.
Ability to communicate effectively with lawyers, customers, vendors, and other team members.
Good verbal and written communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle stress, stay organized and keep track of deadlines.
A strong work ethic.
High degree of integrity, initiative and honesty
Commercially astute and enjoy working in a dynamic business environment
