Memberikan pelatihan HSE dan memastikan bahwa semua karyawan memahami dan mematuhi kebijakan dan prosedur HSE yang ditetapkan.

Memastikan insiden di tempat kerja dicatat secara akurat, untuk evaluasi agar tidak terulang di masa depan.

Sosialisasi program HSE dengan kontraktor, subkontraktor, dan pihak ketiga yang terlibat dalam proyek.

Memastikan bahwa semua peralatan dan bahan yang digunakan memenuhi standar kesehatan, keselamatan, dan lingkungan yang ditetapkan.

Menjalin hubungan baik dengan pihak eksternal, dan memastikan bahwa perusahaan mematuhi semua persyaratan dan regulasi terkait HSE.
