- Have a minimum of 4 years experience as an IT project manager.-
- Deep understanding and experience of the day-to-day operations of software development projects and project management principles and software development lifecycle including project planning, organizing, monitoring, and reporting.-
- Deep understanding of Agile methodology using scrum framework and change management framework.-
- Familiar with project management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, Gantt Chart, Git Lab.-
- Ability to build and manage a solid team and effectively lead a team, including setting roles, assigning tasks, providing direction, motivate team members, developing team members and resolve conflicts.-
- Ability to think analytically, identify problems quickly, analyze root causes, and strong problem solve.-
- Ability to identify, explore and manage project risks effectively to minimize their negative impacts.-
- Ability to make appropriate and efficient decisions based on careful analysis and deep understanding of the project and work environment.-
- Ability to communicate effectively with various parties, including project teams, senior management, clients and other stakeholders.-
- Ability to efficiently manage project time, budget and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within established budget limits.-
- Have a good understanding of the technology used in the project, programming languages, Frameworks, IT infrastructure, and other technical concepts.-
