**PROPERTY ACQUISITION INTERNSHIP PROGRAM**

PT. Madhava Kreasi Indonesia membuka peluang bagi mahasiswa/i yang ingin mendapatkan pengalaman kerja praktik (Internship) sebagai Property Acquisition Intern. Program ini memberikan kesempatan untuk belajar langsung dalam proses akuisisi properti, membangun relasi dengan pemilik properti, dan mengembangkan strategi pengelolaan properti dalam industri property management yang dinamis.

**Syarat & Ketentuan**:

- Mahasiswa/i aktif dari jurusan Manajemen, Bisnis, Real Estate, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
- Berorientasi pada hasil dengan kemampuan analisis yang kuat.
- Memahami dasar-dasar pasar properti dan tren industri.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Bersedia melaksanakan Internship secara offline di kantor kami yang berlokasi di Denpasar, Bali.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi menjadi nilai tambah (jika diperlukan untuk aktivitas lapangan).

**Tanggung Jawab Utama (Job Description)**:

- Mendukung tim dalam mengidentifikasi dan mendekati pemilik properti potensial untuk kerja sama.
- Membantu dalam proses analisis pasar untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan properti.
- Mendukung administrasi dan dokumentasi terkait akuisisi properti, termasuk perjanjian dan kontrak kerja sama.
- Berkontribusi dalam penyusunan strategi untuk meningkatkan portofolio properti perusahaan.
- Melakukan follow-up dengan mitra potensial dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan mereka.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing dan operasional untuk memastikan properti yang diakuisisi sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.
