**Raffles Jakarta** is located in the central business district within Ciputra World 1, a prestigious emerging commercial club comprising a shopping mall, an office tower, Raffles Residences tower and the Ciputra Artpreneur art museum and theatre. The Talent & Culture Daily Worker supports the daily operations of the Talent & Culture department. They assist with recruitment, organizing employee engagement activities, assisting with performance management processes, and maintaining accurate human resources records.
**Qualifications**
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry is advantageous but not always required.
- Skills:

- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
