General Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the process of receiving oil from outside the bulking site

2. Coordinate the process of expenditure and oil transfer in bulking location

3. Monitor and ensure all acceptance activities, and expenditures are properly recorded.

4. Carry out operational receipts, transfers and oil disbursements are safe and protected from oil loss and contamination.

5. Ensure that the oil is received and removed in a sealed state perfectly.

6. Conduct checks and preventive measures to avoid leakage of pumps, pipelines and filters.

7. Instructing the detention of road tanker to the security in case of emergency / deviation.

8. Coordinate the road tanker clearance.

9. Monitor and ensure the placement and discharge of oil based on oil quality as per the recommendation of Quality Control.

10. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.

11. Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.

12. Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.

13. Responsible for employee development at CPO & Bulk Filling Terminal.

14. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.

15. Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC).

16. Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all equipment (equipment) and cleanliness at the location of CPO & Bulk Filling Terminal.
