Our client, a luxurious oceanfront property, located on Bali's unspoiled southwest coast, is looking for a Director of Sales to join their team immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in sales or hospitality management are a plus.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within 5-star luxury resorts.
- Extensive knowledge of the leisure resort market and proven success in generating and managing leisure sales.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Proven ability to analyse market trends and adjust strategies to capitalise on opportunities.
- Excellent leadership skills to inspire and manage the sales team effectively.
- Ability to work closely with the General Manager and other departments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of global leisure market trends and key players in the luxury travel sector.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- A strong passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that all policies and procedures are fully implemented in the overall operation of the sales department such as rate parity.
- Ensures at all time to stay fully up to date on the market conditions and make regular recommendations to the General Manager.
- Maximise sales effectiveness by establishing both quality and quantity of sales calls as well as other sales activities, provide sales call report and to ensure sales calls follow up.
- Compiles all necessary market information and prepares and presents annual sales and marketing plans as well as middle year estimates.
- Ensure at all time maximum yield for the property both in terms of occupancy and average room rate.
- Maximise revenue by preparing market strategies and ensuring the implementation, control, and distribution of those strategies via hotel sales members activities.
- Monitor the preparation and supervision of monthly sales activity reports, daily sales call reports.
- Directly responsible for the repartition of accounts and for ensuring maximisation of sales activities by controlling both quality and quantity of sales as well as other sales activities.
- Present on a monthly basis targets of revenue to be achieved and ensures implementation control and monthly assessment of sales members in regards to the sales bonus system.
- Performs important regular sales calls and overseas sales trips.
- Confers and secures important agreements with major commercial partners.
- Ensures to anticipate on the market tendencies and implement timely promotions to ensure maximisation of the hotel total revenue.
- Prepares and presents the quarterly business action plan for the hotel sales, as well as review of the previous quarters.
- Constantly develops new markets and commercial strategies to internationalise marketing and business sources.
