6. Mampu mengukur & memantau biaya actual proyek, mengetahui tentang kinerja tenga kerja & operasionalnya

2. Pendidikan min STM - BANGUNAN
3. Pengalaman Minimal 5 tahun dibidangnya
4. Memiliki sikap aktif, cekatan, supel, bertanggung jawab dan jujur
5. Good Attitude, pembelajar dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan dinamis, proaktif & Koorporatif
6. Rasa ingin tau & mau berkembang
7. Diutamakan memiliki SKA & DOMISILI SEMARANG
