We are currently recruiting for a Structural Team Leader to join the Indonesia Office of a growing engineering consulting business.

***Structural Team Leader**Role Purpose and Key Accountabilities**

Build, engage and retain a high-performance team with excellence in technical delivery, client service,
Create co-operative, positive team environments to maximize team productivity and deal promptly and effectively with conflict
Grow our people through mentoring, targeted capability development, career planning empowerment and delegation
Add value to projects through expert specialist input, drawing on significant experience
Balance client and Beca needs to maximize project success, client relationships and quality

**KEY REQUIREMENT**

Qualifications: BEng (Civil / Structural) and Certificate of Expertise (SKA) is preferred.
Experience: minimum 8-10 - year experience with previous leadership roles in managing technical delivery.
Prior international project experience would be beneficial.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
English proficiency is a must.
